Volunteer Opportunities
We have established ourself as one of the leading plant societies in our arena. We
continue to push the for exciting and innovative endeavors in support of our causes. We
have a culture of innovation where our volunteers can make a difference and we are looking
for like minded, dynamic individuals to come and join our exciting team.

- Palm Booklet Committee Volunteer
Would be responsible for acquiring reading material to be composed into our bimonthly
booklets.
- Food Committee Volunteer
Responsible for coordinating food for the General Meetings, Palm Sales, and ad hoc garden
tours.
- Palm Sale Committee Volunteer
Responsible for assisting with the various tasks associated with running our biannual palm
sales.
- Garden Tour Committee Volunteer
Responsible for assisting with the various tasks associated with running our
periodic private garden tours.
- Membership Booth Volunteer
Responsible for assisting with the various tasks associated with running our
Membership booth during sales at numerous engagements.
- MetroZoo Nursery Committee
Responsible for assisting with the various tasks associated with running our palm
seedling and plant nursery at the zoo.
